Resource Allocation
The Windows 2000/XP operating system handles the allocation of system resources such as I/O space, IRQ, and DMA. To view or change the allocation of I/O space, IRQ, and DMA for your DAQ device, follow these steps:
- Open the Device Manager by selecting Start»Settings»Control Panel»System. Select the Hardware tab. Click Device Manager.
- Double-click Data Acquisition Devices for a list of installed DAQ devices.
