Creating Linear Scales

In the Create New Custom Scale wizard, follow these steps:

1. Enter the scale name and description.
2. Select Linear Scale in the Scale Type selection box and click Next.
3. Enter the m (slope) and b (y-intercept) values in the selection boxes. Click Next.
4. Verify the scale plot. If it is not correct, click Back and adjust your coefficient values.
5. Adjust the raw minimum and maximum values, if necessary, and click Apply.
6. Click Finish when you are done.
