Accessing DAQ Devices

To access DAQ devices, expand Devices and Interfaces in the configuration tree. From this location, you can perform the following tasks:

• Add a new device to your system
• Configure a device in your system
• Test a device in your system
• Remove a device from your system
• Add NI-DAQ Remote Device Access

For information on configuring system settings, refer to System Settings.

Note  If your device is supported in both Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) and NI-DAQmx, your device appears under both Devices and Interfaces»Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) Devices and Devices and Interfaces»NI-DAQmx Devices.
