Troubleshoot viewing the InfoPath Tour
How can I take the InfoPath Tour?
- In Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003, click Microsoft Office InfoPath Tour on the Help menu.
- On the tour's launch page, click Start Tour.
Note You can also start the InfoPath Tour by clicking Take a Tour of InfoPath in the Fill Out a Form task pane or the Design a Form task pane.
I want to view the entire tour; what is the intended order of the tour contents?
The InfoPath Tour is designed to let you view only the sections that interest you. To view the entire tour, follow the order of the links on the InfoPath Tour Contents page.
When I click Start Tour on the launch page, nothing happens.
After clicking Start Tour on the launch page, a window should appear that contains the tour movie. If you're running software on your computer that disables pop-up windows, such as a banner ad blocker, the tour window might be prevented from opening. Temporarily turn off your pop-up blocking software, and then click Start Tour on the tour launch page again to start the tour.
The InfoPath Tour requires the Macromedia Flash Player version 5.0 or later. If you do not have this software installed, or if you are running an older version, you can download the latest version of the free Flash Player software from the Macromedia Web site at http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer. After you have downloaded and installed the Flash Player software, close all tour windows, and then restart the InfoPath Tour from the InfoPath Help menu.
