Save a form you've filled out as a Web page

When filling out a form, the Export to Web feature lets you save your form as a Single File Web Page (MHTML). This format allows other users to view your form in a Web browser, but it does not allow them to edit the data in the form.

  1. Open the form you want to save as a Web page.
  2. If there are multiple views of the form, switch to the view you want to save.
  3. On the File menu, point to Export To, and then click Web.

Note  The Export To command is unavailable when designing or previewing a form.

  4. In the Export to Web dialog box, select the location where you want to save the form.
  5. In the File name box, type a name for the form, and then click Export.
  6. Repeat the previous steps for each view of the form you want to save as a Web page.
