Apply strikethrough formatting

When designing a form, you can apply strikethrough formatting to text on your form. You can also make strikethrough formatting the default format for text inside certain types of controls, such as text boxes and expression boxes.

  1. Select the text or control that you want to change.
  2. On the Formatting toolbar, click Font Button image.
  3. In the Font task pane, select the Strikethrough check box.

Note  When filling out a form, you can use the previous procedure to apply strikethrough formatting to text in certain types of rich text fields. To quickly determine whether you're in a rich text field, place your insertion point in the field. If the Font button on the Formatting toolbar appears active instead of dimmed, the field supports strikethrough formatting.
