Copy all formatting from one object to another
Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 includes a Format Painter tool that lets you quickly reuse the same text formatting in more than one place. This is the quickest way to copy text formatting
- Select the text, control, or other object with the attributes you want to copy.
- On the Standard toolbar, click Format Painter , and then click the object you want to copy the attributes to.
- You can copy all of the attributes of an object to several objects by double-clicking Format Painter , and then selecting several objects in succession. Click Format Painter again when you're done.
- You can speed up this procedure by memorizing keyboard shortcuts for the Format Painter tool. To copy formatting, select the text, control, or other object with the attributes you want to copy and then press CTRL+SHIFT+C. To apply the copied formatting, click the object you want to copy the attributes to and then press CTRL+SHIFT+V.
