Preview a form
When designing a form, you can preview it to test its appearance and functionality, and to ensure that it will work as expected when users fill it out.
Note Before you publish your form, it is recommended that you preview and test its appearance and functionality.
- On the Standard toolbar, click Preview Form. The form will open in a new window.
Tips- To preview a form with existing data, such as data from an existing form, on the File menu point to Preview Form, click With Data File, and then select the file whose data you want to use.
- If you are using roles in your form, you can test the form with different roles. To do so, on the File menu point to Preview Form, click With User Role, and then select the role you want to use.
