Edit a hyperlink

You can edit both the display text as well as the description of a hyperlink.

Edit a hyperlink when filling out a form

1. Right-click the hyperlink you want to change, and then click Edit Hyperlink on the shortcut menu.
2. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, make the appropriate changes.

   Note  When filling out a form, you can only edit hyperlinks that were typed into text fields. You cannot edit hyperlinks that are a part of the form template.

Edit a hyperlink when designing a form

1. Right-click the hyperlink you want to change, and then click Edit Hyperlink on the shortcut menu.
2. On the General tab in the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, make the appropriate changes.
