Add, remove, or modify form library columns on a SharePoint site

As part of designing a Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 form, you can specify whether or not you want form library columns to appear in the default view of a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services form library. You can do this when you design your form, or you can wait until you publish the form to the form library.

  1. In design mode, open the form template for which you want to specify form library columns.
  2. Do one of the following:

Note  Depending on the form and the way that the form library is set up, form library columns on the Windows SharePoint Services site may display both data stored within the form and properties of the form itself.
