Cancel printing

  1. Double-click the Printer icon in the status area of the Microsoft Windows taskbar.
  2. Right-click the print job you want to cancel, and then click Cancel on the shortcut menu.

Note  If you're printing a simple form, the printer icon may not appear in the status area of the taskbar long enough for you to double-click it.
