Invoice Entry — Totals Tab

Use this tab to:

• Enter a comment about the invoice.

• Specify the number of labels you want to print for an invoice.

• Verify invoice totals before posting an invoice.

• Verify or change the invoice date.

The prepayment total on this tab enables you to easily determine if there is an outstanding balance.
