Statistics Form — Overview
Use this form to:

Look up sales statistics for the invoices, debit notes, and credit notes that have been posted in your Order Entry system during the year and period you specify.

Enter or edit sales, invoice, debit note, and credit note statistics from your previous order entry system during setup of Sage ERP Accpac Order Entry.

Print the Sales Statistics report.
If your Order Entry system uses the option to keep statistics, the program keeps sales statistics from your posted orders, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. You can review the statistics as far back as the oldest year for which you keep this information by printing the Sales Statistics report.
Before adding or editing sales statistics

Select the options to Keep Statistics and Allow Edit Of Statistics in the O/E Options form.

Select the type of year and period to accumulate statistics by in the O/E Options form.
To
add statistics

Choose Sales Statistics from the Statistics and Inquiries folder.

Type the year or select it from the Finder next to the Year field, then use the period field's Next Previous buttons to select the reporting period.

Enter total sales, invoice, debit note, and credit note statistics.
If the form does not let you enter data, close the form and any other Order Entry forms that are open for the company, then select the Allow Edit Of Statistics option in the O/E Options form (in the O/E Setup folder) and then save the change to the form. (Note that you can save changes to the O/E Options form only when no Order Entry forms are open for the company on your computer or on any other workstations, if you are working on a network.)
If you use a multicurrency ledger, amounts are shown in both the customer's currency and your company's functional currency.

When you are finished adding statistics for a period, choose another period, or click Close.
To review sales statistics
To print sales statistics for a range of item numbers, customer numbers, and reporting periods, print the Sales Statistics report.
