File Menu
The File menu appears in most Order Entry forms. The File menu in each form contains some or all of the following commands:

Prints the current report, list, or form. |

Selects a printer and sets printing options. |
|
|
Lets you hide or display fields depending on the user. |
|
|
Imports the data records you specify from other Sage ERP Accpac databases and from non-Sage ERP Accpac programs to Order Entry. |
|
|
Exports the data records you specify from Order Entry to other Sage ERP Accpac databases and non-Sage Accpac programs. |
|
|
Closes the current form. |
|
|
Saves the entries or changes you have made to the current form. |
