Using a Default Template

Data entry templates allow you to speed up and simplify the order entry process by providing default settings which appear when you start a new order or credit note.

You can use one of the templates you set up as the default template for all new orders and credit notes. The default template should contain the settings you use most frequently for orders and credit notes. For more information about templates, see Setting up templates.
