Saving your tutorial maps

You can create a folder for any map files you create or change as you use the tutorials.

To create a folder for your tutorial map files

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to the C:\My Documents folder.
   NoteThe location of My Documents varies, depending on your operating system. For Microsoft Windows XP, it is usually C:\MyDocuments. For Microsoft Vista, it may be C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Map 3D Tutorials.
3. Click File menu New Folder.
4. Change the name of the new folder to My AutoCAD Map 3D Tutorial Data.
