Description

Reads the microtime portion of a file's timestamp.

Preconditions

The file handle referenced by hMPFS is already open.

Parameters
Parameters 
Description 
hMPFS 
the file handle from which to read the metadata 
Returns

The microtime that was read as a DWORD
