Description

Finalizes an MPFS writing operation.

Preconditions

MPFSFormat and MPFSPutArray were sucessfully called.

Parameters
Parameters 
Description 
final 
TRUE if the application is done writing, FALSE if MPFS2 called this function locally. 
Returns

None
