This scenario shows how to create a system in which the user is automatically notified of an event by email. The email contains links to the web server which allow the user to handle the event.
A company has set a credit limit for their customers. A customer places an order the amount of which causes the credit limit of the customer to be exceeded. The order is put on hold pending the decision of the Credit Manager.
Solution
The solution is to send an email to the Credit Manager automatically when the credit limit is exceeded. The email contains links to the company's web server which allow the Credit Manager to work with the order.
