Summary of Installation Steps
To install Qedit/UX, follow these steps:
- You must log on as root.
- You must create the correct directory structure.
- Qedit/UX and its associated files must be restored from the distribution tape.
- You can set up a PATH for Qedit/UX or copy it to an existing directory in your PATH. (optional step)
- If you have the Qedit for Windows server, you need to start the daemon process. (optional step)
