There are 20 slots are available for assigning categories. The order of are shown in the preference card will be grouped and ordered based on these category.
If the Category is shown in red , it means the items in the highlighted category will not be automatically assigned to patient when scanning a preference card.
User can modify the setting, see link.
To alter the settings for auto assign simply highlight the category and select "Change".
Items in the selected category will not be automatically assigned to patient if the "DO Not automatically assign items in this category to a patient" is selected.
