MaQS has the facility for sending reminders and messages to other MaQS users in your network, e.g. Theatre can send a request to CSSD that certain instruments are needed at a selected time. CSSD can alert Theatre about delays or issues with processing.
All requests and subsequent actions are recorded and can be viewed at any stage.
