Submits a job to create or recreate a file plus associated logical files and I/O module.

Þ This is a Specialized Built-In Function for use in a Development Environment only.

A job is submitted to perform the operation compile.

Visual LANSA for Windows

YES

Calls the code generator and compiler directly, and only returns when the operation is complete. Does not submit a job.
