Purpose

Adds an object to the collection and returns the new object.

Parameters

UserDefinedCharacters as Variant

String that contains all characters that are valid for the corresponding character position when you set PredefinedCharacters to niocrUserDefinedCharacters.

PredefinedCharacters as Variant

Specifies predefined sets of valid characters.
