CWIMAQInspectionAlignment specifies the location within an image where the golden template is located.

Properties

Angle	The angle of the golden template in the image under inspection.
Position	The location of the center of the golden template in the image under inspection.
ScalePercentage	The percentage of the size of the area under inspection compared to the size of the golden template.
