Purpose
Maximum size of the match list.
Remarks
The match list contains the regions in the inspection image that have the highest probability of containing a match. The default is 0, which signals the algorithm to use the following values: when matching in the shift-invariant phase, 200; when matching in the rotation-invariant phase, 300.
