Cancel printing

Double-click the Printer icon in the status area of the Microsoft Windows taskbar.
Right-click the print job you want to cancel, and then click Cancel on the shortcut menu.

Note If you're printing a simple form, the printer icon may not appear in the status area long enough for you to double-click it.
