Create a form library

  1. In design mode, open the form template you want to set as the default for all forms created in the form library.
  2. On the File menu, click Publish.
  3. On the second page of the Publishing Wizard, select To a SharePoint form library, and then click Next.
  4. On the next page of the wizard, select Create a new form library (recommended), and then click Next.
  5. Follow the remaining steps in the Publishing Wizard.
