Turn on or off German spelling rules

To check the spelling of German text, you must install the German spelling dictionary, which is available in the Microsoft Office 2003 Proofing Tools.

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling tab.
2. Select or clear the Use German post-reform rules check box.
