Resize an annotation

1. Select the annotation.

   How?

   1. On the Annotations toolbar, click Select Annotations .
   2. Click the annotation.
2. Do one of the following:

   Resize by using the mouse

   1. Position the mouse pointer over one of the handles.
   2. To increase or decrease the size in one or more directions, drag the mouse away from or toward the center.

      To maintain the proportions, hold down SHIFT while dragging the mouse.

   Resize by entering measurements

   1. Click Edit, click the command for the type of annotation you selected (for example, click Format Textbox for text annotations), and then click the Size and Layout tab.
   2. Enter measurements for the height and width of the annotation or click the up or down arrow keys to change the height and width.
