Move an annotation

1. Select the annotation.

   How?

   1. On the Annotations toolbar, click Select Annotations .
   2. Click the annotation.
2. Do one of the following:

   Move by using the mouse

   1. Position the mouse pointer over the outline of the annotation until the mouse pointer becomes a four headed arrow .
   2. Drag the annotation to the new location.

   Move by entering measurements

   1. Click Edit, click the command for the type of annotation you selected (for example, click Format Textbox for text annotations), and then click the Size and Layout tab.
   2. Enter measurements for the vertical and horizontal position of the annotation on the page or click the up or down arrow keys to change the position.
