You can move pages from an existing Microsoft Office Document Imaging
document into a new document.
Use this procedure to divide multi-page documents into smaller or more
meaningful pieces.
Move a single page to a new
document
- In the thumbnail pane, click the page you want to move.
- On the Page menu, click Move Pages to New File.
Move multiple pages to a new
document
- In the thumbnail pane, select the first page you want to move.
- Do one of the following:
- To select a series of pages, hold down the SHIFT key and click the last thumbnail.
- To select pages not in a series, hold down the CTRL key and click additional thumbnails.
- On the Page menu, click Move Pages to New File.
