What is the Customer Experience Improvement Program?
The Customer Experience Improvement Program is a system that sends information to Microsoft about how customers use our software programs. Your participation helps us improve our products. With your permission, Microsoft will collect anonymous information about how you use Windows Messenger. Knowing how, why, and how often features are used—and the actual problems customers encounter—helps us make the improvements that people really want and need.
For more information about this program, go to the Customer Experience Improvement Program (http://ceip.microsoft.com/) page.
