To cancel your participation in the Customer Experience Improvement Program

1. Make sure you are on the Personal tab of the Options dialog box.

    To get there: In the Windows Messenger main window, click the Tools menu, and then click Options.

2. Clear the Allow Microsoft to collect anonymous information about how I use its software and services check box.
