I can't export my Datasheet view to Microsoft Excel.
I can't export or link my Datasheet view to Microsoft Access.
I need to export or link a list in Windows SharePoint Services to a table in Access 2000 format.
- Open Access 2000 and create a database. This database is in Access 2000 format.
- Close Access 2000.
- In Windows SharePoint Services, export or link the Datasheet view of your list to this existing database in Access 2003.
Note You can apply this procedure to Access 2002 if you need to export or link to a table in Access 2002 format. Access 2003 supports databases created in Access 2000 and Access 2002.
The Microsoft Access table I am trying to connect to is unavailable.
This can be caused by a number of possible reasons:
- You do not have permissions to create or modify the database.
- The database is read-only.
- The database is secured using user-level security, but the computer that is used to automate Access is not joined to the correct workgroup information file. For more information on user-level security, see "About user-level security" in Access help.
If you are trying to export or link a Datasheet view to Access, import or link to that view from Access instead. If you are trying to create an Access report with that view, import the view into Access and generate a report from there.
