Add, view, or remove documents attached to a row in Datasheet view
You can attach one or more documents to a row in certain types of lists.
- Open a list in Datasheet view, or switch to Datasheet view by clicking the Edit in Datasheet button on the toolbar.
- Right-click the Attachments column of a row, and click Edit Attachment.
Note You cannot add attachments to a row that has not yet been committed.
- To add an attachment, click Add. Then choose the file that you want to attach to the row.
To view an attachment, double-click it.
To remove an attachment, select it, and click Remove.
