Overview

The G/L Optional Fields report lists separately the optional fields set up for accounts and transaction details.

When to Print

Print this report whenever you need a listing of all the optional fields set up for General Ledger.

Information Printed on This Report

For each optional field code, the following information is printed on the report:

  • Description
  • Default value
  • Whether the optional field is required
  • Whether the optional field is set for automatic insertion in new accounts
