Enumerates the directions of a full edge.

GetNextEdge	Retrieves the next edge by moving forward or backward along this edge and turning left or right at the next node.

GetRing	Retrieves the ring associated with this edge (default level).

SetDirection	Sets the direction of this edge.
SetResistance	Sets the resistance of this edge.
