Sets the value for a specified cell.

Parameters 
Description 
row 
Input row number.  
cellItem 
Input AcMapDMThematicTableItemDataValuevalue.  
Returns

Returns Acad::eOk if successful; otherwise, returns a different error code.

Remarks

This function fails if cellItem already is appended to the database.
