Parameters 
Description 
Id 
Input ID of the item to move.  
Position 
Input position to move the item to. See also AcMapDMAllItemsIterator.  
Returns

Returns Acad::eOk if successful. Returns Acad::eInvalidIndex if the iterator position is invalid.
