Viewing Saved Waveforms

To use a saved waveform, you must load it into one of two memory locations or reference buffers by completing the following steps:

1. Select File»Load Waveform.
2. Select the text file in which the waveforms are stored.
3. Click OK. The dialog box shown above opens.
4. Select the column of the waveform to load.
5. Choose the reference channel for the waveform.
6. Click OK.
7. Click Ref 1 and/or Ref 2 in the channel selector of the front panel to display the waveforms.

Waveforms in the Ref 1 and Ref 2 channels are known as reference waveforms. The current reference waveforms remain in memory until you replace them with other saved waveforms or until you exit from IVI Soft Front Panels—Scope.
