You can choose the following items in the Help menu. 

Show Context Help Context Help appears in the Pop–up Help window when your mouse pointer pauses over a user interface control or item. Information in the Pop–up window describes the function or action associated with the underlying control.
Show Tip Strips Help Tip Strips Help appears when your mouse pointer pauses over a user interface control or item. Information in the tip strips window briefly describes the function or action associated with the underlying control.
Online Reference Shows the online help.
About IVI Soft Front Panels–DMM Displays the About dialog box.
