The summary screen displays the patient's medical summary. Click on Summary in the Medical Records tree or use a Hotkey. (Ctrl + S)

 

The summary contains the patient's medical history, family history, current medication, allergies and tobacco / alcohol data. If you click on the links on the top of the summary sheet, then the appropriate summary will be scrolled into view. The summary sheet can be printed of with the print button located on the bottom of the clinical profile. It is the snapshot of the patient's medical data which is useful for doctors.
