Viewing Old Notes
Old notes he clinical profile screen has three panes.
The left pane contains the three headings of Administration, Medical Records & Test/Reports.
The middle pane lists in sequence the date/doctor/activity status/diagnosis of all the consultations.
The right pane records in verbose form all the actual encounter notes, examination findings, diagnoses and plans for each individual consultation recorded by all doctors that have seen the patient.
Encounter notes can be selectively viewed by clicking on a particular date in the central pane. Click on the 'Show All' button at the bottom of the clinical profile to show all the encounter notes.
Filtering Problems in Old Notes
Annotation of Old Notes
Notes taken prior to today cannot be edited but the can be annotated.
Right click on the date relevant to the notes you wish to annotate and select edit.
An Annotation box will come into view and this will make an entry in the notes stamping the name of the user and date and time of the annotation.
