1. R click on the patient's appointment and select ACIR
   The Claim form then appears
2. Click the ADD button on claim form
   The Vaccine form then appears
3. Scroll down and Double click on the row for the selected vaccine
4. Select the Site
5. Enter the batch number
6. Enter the dose number
7. Click Ok
   This will close the Vaccine form
8. Click Send now on  the Claim form
