The mandatory fields while saving a new recall are the recall reason and the due date. Due date cannot be earlier than current date. You can select the date with the help of the date drop down or type in a number in the 'after' text box and select days, weeks, months or years from the drop down to populate the due date. Click on save after you have made your changes. The recall will not be ticked as visited unless you manually do so.

Marking a recall as visited can be achieved in two ways. You can click on the visited column in the grid to mark the recall as visited. Once you mark a recall as visited, you will not be able to edit the recall. Secondly, if a patient has a recall which is not visited, and you try to open the patient's clinical profile, the software will message you whether you want to mark the recall as visited. If the patient has more than one recall which has not visited, then the list of recalls which are not visited will be shown to you in a grid. Please check the recalls you want to mark as visited and click on save.

Add Action

Edit/View

To edit a recall, right click on the grid and select edit/view. You cannot edit a visited recall but you can view the details. If the recall is not visited then you can make changes to the recall and update the data.

Delete
