Administrator only. 

Privileges can only be updated by Administrators of the system.

The Authorizations menu is only visible to Administrators of the system.

From the main menu click on Administration > Authorizations > Privileges.

 

 

The authorization form will be displayed to you.

 

First you need to select the login name from the drop down box. 

 

 

Once you select the login name, the categories tree will be filled up. There are three ways you can organize the privileges.

 

1. You can either select the parent node (General, Administration, Practice report, Medical Records etc...), select the options you want to set and then click on apply child. When you click on apply child, then the selected options will be copied down through all the "children" under that particular node.
2. You can also select individual child nodes by clicking on the + sign next to the parent node and then set the options.
   When you select the child node, the apply child button will be disabled.
3. You can apply a previously saved template to the login by checking the 'Link' check box and selecting the template name from the drop down. Click on apply template button and then save your changes.

 

Please click on save when you finish setting the privileges.
