Deleting Appointment

 

Deleting an appointment requires a user to have this permission which can only be authorized by the administrator of the system.  

 

 

1/ Click on an appointment and hit the delete key. The system will prompt you for confirmation.

 

2/ R click on an appointment, then select delete

 

 

 

 

 

If you can't delete an appointment then speak with the system administrator about assigning you permission to do so. 

 

Appointments cannot be deleted after a certain amount of time e.g.: 10 minutes. The system administrator can change this time interval. Attempts to delete an appointment after a set number of minutes will be automatically given the status “cancelled” provided the appointments have not been billed or receipted. 

This feature can be turned off by the system administrator if required.

You cannot delete an appointment for a previous date.
