GPComplete provides an internal messaging system.
You can send a message to
A message can be sent from either the Main Menu or from the Appointment screen.
Sending a message from the Main Menu click on Message > Send select message from the main menu and then click send.
Send a message from the Appointment Screen by clicking on total messages or new messages. This opens the messaging screen.

Tick the "Send to all" checkbox to send the message to everyone.
Hold down the control key and select a group of users on the grid.
Click on Attach Patient to attach the patients clinical file with the message.
Check the urgent button to initiate a popup box as soon as the message is delivered.

Only one instance of the send message form can be opened at a given time. When the send form is loaded by the application, the main menu of messages -> send will be disabled. The menu will enable itself when you close the send message form. |
