CloudQueue.GetMessage Method

Name	Description
CloudQueue.GetMessage ()	Gets a single message from the queue.
CloudQueue.GetMessage (TimeSpan)	Gets a single message from the queue, and specifies how long it should be reserved before it becomes visible—and therefore available for deletion.
